Hola y bienvenido a una nueva lecciรณn de espaรฑol!
So today Iโll explain the spanish pronouns and how to use them.
When it comes to spanish, there are two types of pronouns; Personal pronouns and possessive pronouns.
Personal pronouns:
Example: Yo hablo espaรฑol - I speak spanish. (Though when speaking spanish, we will want to leave out the pronouns, since we conjugate the verbs in gender and number).
Possessive pronouns:
For example: Mi hermano es americano - My brother is american.
When using the verb su has many different meanings.
For example: Su coche - His car/her car/their car.
Su is used when you're talking about someone else. When speaking or listening to other speaking spanish, you have to pay attention to the gender conjugation of the other verbs, to understand if the su they use is feminine or masculine.
That was it for todays lesson on spanish pronouns.
Hasta luego,
Beila.
